PleasanTime is now a mykidzday provider
Parents love getting their kid’s daily reports and information and reminders from their child care center on their smart phone s using the myKidzDay, Parent Communication Daily Report App on iPhones, iPads, Android phones and tablets. Parents can:

Get updates on their child’s day in real time

Get detailed information on their kid’s meals, activities, teacher’s notes, observations, “Please bring” lists, diaper changes

View pictures and videos

Access child care center’s electronic bulletin board for information like important names, phone #s, school closing calendars, newsletters, policy documents etc.

Enrollment inquiries are an exceptional way to shine our program and share the passion & purpose of our team at PleasanTime Early Learning Academy. We are humbled to care for the most important commodity of your life and appreciate the opportunity to share our program. If you are interested in our program and availability feel free to email the following details: Child's name, birthdate, contracted schedule of care ( part time 2-4 days, 2 days minimum or full time 5 days a week, up to a 9 1/2 hour day), and a time line for which you are looking for enrollment. We will provide an email response with availability and more information as you request.
Kindness Crew

During this past summer, PleasanTime has designed kindness shirts for the entire center to spread gratitude to all our important people in the Cambridge community. We made multiple weekly field trips to spread our kindness. We sang to the residents at, Our House, Assisted Living Facility, stopped by Ms. GI at the school for teaching us all about the school garden and allowing us to taste the yummy food that was grown, donated 89 boxes of cereal to local food pantry, stopped at fire station to thank our first responds for always keeping us safe and lastly went to Cambridge Elementary School to thank all the amazing staff for all they do. We have more kindness field trips taking place soon, we love to spread kindness to our Cambridge Community!
Get Kids Ready- 4K (FREE PROGRAM)

Starting in Fall 2026, PleasanTime Early Learning Academy is thrilled to offer a free, state-funded 4K program. While we are currently awaiting official state approval, we are moving forward with all necessary preparations to bring this vision to life.
The program will offer two sessions, Monday through Friday:
- Morning Session: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Session: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Space is limited. If you would like to be placed on our inquiry list, please reach out to us. We will keep those on the list updated as our plans progress.
As this program is designed to meet the needs of our community, we value your feedback and look forward to hearing what you would like to see from this initiative. Please contact us via email with any questions or suggestions.
HIVE SUMMER CAMP
Ages 5 -12 years!
Are you looking for a fun-filled summer program right here in Cambridge? PleasanTime Child Care Center is thrilled to announce that we are now opening spaces to the public for children ages 5 to 12.
Our summer program offers an enriching experience, including a themed T-shirt and exciting field trips within our community and beyond. For families choosing to enroll in summer school with Cambridge Elementary School, we also provide convenient drop-off and pick-up services during school hours.
Please email us if you have any questions or would like to be added to our interest list. We will send out full details once they are finalized in May 2026. Secure your child’s spot today!
End of the Year Picnic

6:00pm - 7:00pm
We love to have parties and what great way to celebrate an amazing school year with us. This is an opporuntiy for us to thank our amazing parent and children for choosing PleasanTime. Each year, we create a fun filled evening for families to enjoy with all our AMAZING TEACHERS. This a our big party before we launch our Summer program! We always keep this a suprise until the night of as you never know what we have in store! Come enjoy the adventure with us. Food, beverages and fun will be served.
Picture Day
October 2026
On Picture day, families have the opportunity to get a self portrait of their child and with siblings. Picture day will take place in the morning. Staff will assist by making sure the child is in the correct outfit for their picture. Families are willing to stay while the child is getting a photo. The photographer will complete editing of the photo then sent PleasanTime a link to the online gallery. All parents who had children participate in the photo will receive the online gallery for their child/children.

We are excited to participate in another fun filled Halloween celebration with a parade downtown Cambridge where you stop by the participating businesses to get a treat. We look forward to seeing you there! Boo.
Halloween Party

Come celebrate your holiday spirit at PleasanTime. This is welcome to all our PleasanTime Families. We encourage children and families to wear their costumes. We will be starting at 5:30pm at PleasanTime where we will have snacks, crafts, dancing party and more exciting activities. We look forward to a fun filled event!
Gratitude Celebration with Santa & Mrs. Claus
December, 2026
A family friendly event includes a meal, time with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a complimentary photo. A reservation for the event is required. Family activities are incorporated into the evening. All proceeds are given to a charity of choice in the Cambridge community. This event is open to present and past families of PleasanTime and our hope is to inspire gratitude as a core value to each of the lives we touch.
